On 7th November  2014 Thursday, Whatsapp released its latest update and that is Blue Ticks.What does this blue ticks means. Well Whatsapp has almost 100% usability factor. It has given small but useful features to its clients and users. Well Whatsapp has given us a latest update. It is called “Blue Ticks”. A grey colored  tick means the message is sent. If the same grey colored tick becomes doubled means 2 ticks are shown with grey color, that means it is delivered. Now in Whatsapp we were unable to see if the user has seen it or not. It is to tell if message is delivered. If it is delivered it will show Double Blue ticks in the conversation. It is very useful update because all other big applications like viber and line messenger displays the “seen” label under the message is it is seen. So Whatsapp has to come up with such updates if it wants to be still the best application in the world.

Divorces in Italy! Due to Whatsapp

An Italian Lawyer said that Whatsapp is responsible for increased rate in divorces. Italy has a significant increase in divorce from last couple of years and is due to fights on issues such as chatting and messaging with someone else. Even a boy is messaging his friend; his wife thinks he has a girl friend or an affair. So it is one reason of failure in relationships. There might be so many other reasons but Facebook, Whatsapp and such other social media platforms and chatting messaging services are used exceptionally in great number. It is one major reason not in Italy but all over the world. If we see a latest survey in India it is used by more than 70 million people. It can be imagined that a big number of Indians use it and how complications can come if someone sees his friend or girl chatting late at night as you can see last seen statuses. He mentioned that 40 % of such cases are seen which are divorced due to social media and specially Whatsapp reason. He mentioned it can be used for having 2,3 relationships at a time with no fee to give and you can chat freely whenever you need. “India can develop a new Whatsapp” Arora

Vice President of Whatsapp Neeraj Arora said that Indian Technological geeks are capable of making something more feasible and reliable to that of Whatsapp. They have that spark and guts to develop something that can complete with Whatsapp. He mentioned that When Whatsapp was developed and designed, it was only chatting service designed for users. People saw Whatsapp and took idea to make something like Whatsapp. It was an amazing application and it was also not charging too much for providing a lot of useful services. He mentioned in India Whatsapp is famous and is commonly used application. In every smart phone you will find few famous games and with them you will see a Whatsapp icon as well. Whatsapp has updated itself too much and has given a lot of best features and updates.

He was addressing his junior university fellows in Hyderabad and mentioned that it is nice to come and talk to them. He mentioned them that they have that spark to do and make something that can compete his company that he has vice president ship of. Arora mentioned that it was nice when he was studying here and still he remembers those teachers that use to say his class that you guys can do it. The world is not enough and there are a lot more things to be discovered yet and you are the next Bill Gates and Einsteins. He said that it is important to know what you can do and if we take example of Whatsapp, it was formed by two people. They developed and took it to that level , that no one can think of.

Free Voice Calling Feature Delayed

Whatsapp messenger and chatting application was in search and was looking for something much better than Skype and Viber. They wanted its user base to use some interesting and important features like voice calling. They wanted this thing to happen by the end of 2014. They failed to do so because of some technical issues and they could not launch it. Well Jan Koum mentioned this in few conferences held in Spain and USA. He mentioned so many times that we are going to launch a more faster, secure and reliable voice calling feature that will beat the quality of all other applications which has voice calling feature integrated in them. He mentioned that Whatsapp will be launching soon but not before 2015. It has some technical concerns and they are looking for that and want to overcome those issues. He added in the press conference that Whatsapp has no plans to launch it till 2015 because Whatsapp is focusing on some important features and by the end of year closing, Whatsapp will come up with a lot more cool features and small updates that will increase its user base line and usability. It has just updated and given us Blue Tick update. It tells us about seen message status. If the guy to whom we have sent message saw our last message it will show double blue ticker.

He mentioned considering the 2g network and other small data connection users, will not experience good quality services. So they are planning to come up with some useful feature for voice calling that can decrease this fear. If we will work on only 3g, 4g and 5g services, it will make us ignorant of 2g service users. We cannot ignore this fact he mentioned and also told the press that Whatsapp believes in usability and reliability. They do not want Whatsapp to go down and face technical issues. This feature might give us some credits like Skype an Viber does that helps in calling over mobile phone or local phone directly. It will also allow us to call freely on simple user numbers that they put into for registration. If they do not have internet, then they can simply call directly if they have credits.
